• Job Description

  - To direct and to organize all cost accounting, General accounting activities and accounting staff.
  - To prepare accounting, financial, and tax reports and to ensure accurate accounting and to record keeping in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  - To plan, control, and manage the BOI’s promoted business in accordance with BOI’s regulations and conditions in order to ensure that the records and the financial reports are being prepared properly and correctly.
  - To handle for all daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting tasks.
  - To manage for delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting.
  - To control for variance analysis of actual versus budget costs.
  - To recognize for the correctness of billings, receipts, and payments including VAT and withholding tax submissions.
  - To control for timely collection of receivables from customers.
  - To control for the correctness and completion of adjustment transactions (journal vouchers) including accrued expenses and accrued income as well as reconciliation reports.
  - To set, review, maintain, and update standard cost.
  - To analyse actual production cost and cost variance monthly.
  - Lodgement and reporting of regulatory tax filings.
  - To correct tax exemption calculations in accordance with BOI regulations.
  - Liaison and coordinator for internal/external audit requirements, include for external banking services.
  - To review, to control and to ensure as requirement a robust quality accounting function.
  - To make all regulatory requirements are met in a timely manner.
