  Position Overview:
  Responsible for leading the Momentive Production management system implementation, completing all Production required activities, driving theProduction performance to success, ensuring all Production requirements are in place for Rayong Plant.
  
  
  Ensure all production output is on the schedule within customer requirement.
  Ensure all production equipment is capability and efficiency for smooth running
  Manage and control the production cost includes Utility.
  Provide the solution for any problems related to production.
  Troubleshooting and solution.
  Ensure high capacity for running and the high yield.
  Supervise all shift Leaders and coach them on any new improvement.
  Encourage all staff to work under EHS rules and regulation and also promote for EHS matters.
  Initiate training for Production employees
  Responsibility for and control of costs. Optimize costs in the Production department
  Responsible for initiating and maintaining all SAP processes for Production areas
  Contact in case of a business disruption with internal or external impact (fire department, plant protective force, works management).
  Coordination of raw materials quality/quantity, introduction of new raw, auditing of new/existing raw materials.
  Introduction of new products/production in collaboration with Engineering and product management team.
  Provide support to ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and other Quality Management Systems implementation process
  Demonstrate an excellent level of personal involvement and awareness in all Environment, Health and Safety matters, and support EHS initiatives and improvement processes
  Contribution in Plant Leadership Team weekly meeting.
  Engage and comply with EHS Element Owner
