• Job Description

  - Lead bids/projects; planning and monitoring overall progress, managing risks,resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate to ensure bids/projects are executed within the agreed schedule, cost and performance, in professional project management manner
  - Work closely with and provide support to the Sales to capture targeted customer funded business in accordance with company forecasts and plans
  - Ensure that bid/project deliverable are to the appropriate levels of quality, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the bid/project plans
  - Lead and planning to reach KPI
  - Build and maintain relationship with client and business partner
  - Manage sale team and sale engineer (Total 6 people)
  - Manage overall of project
  - Customer : CAT, PEA, state enterprise etc.
