  • Job Description

    - Perform Sales Assistant task (70~80%) and G.A. task (20~30%)
    - Present and sell company products and service to current and potential customers
    - Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
    - Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
    - Establish and maintain current customers and potential customer relationships
    - Manage account service through quality checks and other follow–ups
    - Identify and resolve customer concerns
    - Coordinate company staff to accomplish works required to close sales
    - Follow-up for the collection of payment
    - Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and service
    - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, age under 35
    - JLPT N3 or higher
    - Experience in Sales or Sales Assistant in Japanese company
    - (Preferably) Experience in Plastics or Chemical industry
    - Fair command of English

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level

  • Other Language

    Japanese
