• Job Description

  1. To direct the development and execution of business strategy for IVIG TRC and to ensure alignment and intergration of sales and marketing strategy functions.
  2. Manage and collaborate with Thai Red cross to support and drive business of IVIG
  3. Develop and recommend business plans to the upper management, set unit objectives sales targets and take accountability for the operations and achieve sales and market share objective.
  4. Develop strategic and tactical launch plan for IVIG & ensure a high degree of market share preparation / Launch readiness
  5. Provide selling strategy: develop business policy and procedure to enable strategic implementation, control and optimize financial ans non financial resources, tracks the execution of activities/results in order to provide feedback and ensure sales force excellent and implementation effectiveness
  6. Provide leadership in people Management and business Process: Inspires the team to reach for stretch goals and continuously improve performance and operation
  7. Manage supply chain and provide forecasting accuracy
