  • Job Description

    - Translate and transfer requests to the respective team following the communication flow as defined
    - Support sales team and Chinese clients
    - Deliver day-to-day standardised answers of related topics and resolution of problems that includes providing support for internal and external customers
    - Assist the special projects as necessary

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age under 30
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts, or in any related field
    - Minimum one year's of working experience as sales coordinator or interpreter
    - Good command of Chinese (speaking and writing)
    - Able to work with sales team
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills are critical
    - Service-minded, co-operative, good team player with excellent organization and coordination skills
