  • Job Description

    - Embrace leadership role and display behaviours that come with key mindset shifts associated with agile methods
    - Coach teams and management towards improving process and metrics
    - Evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams and deliver training classes for product owners, developers and testers
    - Develop, implement and manage team metrics; evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to team and management for improvements
    - Drive the organisation-wide agile adoption strategy and roll-out plans
    - Capture feedback and continuously improve enterprise guidance; training materials and content
    - Enterprise Portfolio Planning and Management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
    - Master's Degree in related fields
    - More than 10 years 'relevant experience in IT
    - More than 8 years' experience in a technical software development or with IT Project Management
    - More than 8 years' experience in program/project management
    - Minimum 5 years’ experience in using Agile methods (prefer 7 years)
    - More than 2 years' experience in practising in at least one Agile approach
    - More than 3 years' experience in coaching Agile project teams (preferred)
    - Experience in Financial Services (preferred)
    - Recently documented within last 2 years; agile training/conference/user group attendance
    - General agile training and facilitation across Project Managers and all stakeholders
    - Team Facilitation and/or Conflict Management (skills)
