Job Description
- Management of Production Department.
- Improvement and control the production schedule.
- Review and adjust the schedule where needed.
- Control Production team to achieve production plan and KPI with optimum resource.
- Control Manpower in production lines. Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions.
- Maintaining and improve efficency, Productivity, defect and cost.
- Prepare and Maintain production report.
- Promote and Support ISO/TS16949,KAIZEN,5S Activity
- Control production team to follow company's policy, discipline to meet company's objective and assignment from japanese / executibes.
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Male, Age 35 - 40 Year old.
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related field / Mechamical Engineer and IE.
- Good Knowledge on ISO14001 / TS16949 / IATF16949:2016 and CNC Machine.
- Experienced 5 - 10 year in Japanese company in production managerial level with in Automotive industry
- Knowledge in Machine Processing and CNC lathe machine system.
- Experienced turning process.
- Good relationship and knowledge management production line.
- Good command of English language. *Level 4 up
[Advantage]
- Have on knowledge of KAIZEN, ability to train or teach in any of these areas is preferable.English Level
