  • Job Description

    -Expand the service agreement , service modify and service repair of elevator and escalator after end of warranty and also retain an existing customers
    -Manage wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
    -Retain a good relationship between company and the existing customers
    -Follow up and convince the customer to renew the service agreement
    -Prepare quotations for customer
    -Coordinate with relevant teams to solve troubleshooting works as customer requirement

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
    - 7 - 10 year working experience in sales, maintenance and service contract is required. ( 2-3 years in management level )
    - Good command of English and computer literacy
    - Own car with valid driving license Good interpersonal , team-player and customer-oriented
    - Positive thinking and dynamic attitude
    - Willing to travel up-country frequently
