• Job Description

  -Review monthly P&L and Balance Sheet of OHS-TH to ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in the system and reported in group reporting package
  -Provide a guidance to the shared service team in OMCP-TH to perform proper monthly closing
  -Analyze monthly results against Budget/Forecast and report discrepancies to OHS HQ Finance
  -Ensure that OHS-TH follows all Accounting policies and any other policies, and ensure that all the staffs follows all internal policies
  -Support MD to develop Budget, Quarterly Forecast and Monthly Estimate
  -Support MD, Sales & Marketing and SCM team for any finance related matters
  -Review Balance Sheet reconciliation prepared by OMCP-TH on monthly basis and highlight any potential issues
  -Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
  -Analyze the company’s overall profitability, profitability by product and profitability by distributor and suggest improvements
  -Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
  -Create processes to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
  -Report to the MD and AFD in Singapore with timely and accurate financial information
  -Assist MD in presenting reports to senior executives and HQ
