  • Job Description

    - Manage repossession teams to achieve company target
    - Control write-off budget
    - Manage delinquent customers and directly supervise 20+ team members
    - Manage team members to achieve collection targets as per company policies, procedures, goals and philosophies
    - Coach, enhance, suggest and initiate new ideas for team members
    - Develop collection calling strategies for improvement
    - Create and developing collection guidelines
    - Identify problematic issues
    - Prepare, review and analyse team performance reports

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or female, age between 35-45 years old
    - Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Finance, Law or related fields
    - Minimum 5 years experience in Collections, Hire Purchasing, Leasing and Legal Practices, in particular for the automotive sector
    - Strong analytical and logical thinking
    - Excellent communication skills with highly negotiating technique
    - Good management and strong leadership skills
    - Pro-active work approach
    - Highly responsible and able to work well under pressure
    - Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
    - With diligence, patience, discipline and prudence
    - Good command of English
