• Job Description

  • Process & Quality Engineer based in Thailand Subcontractor in executing operational performance focusing on quality, on-time delivery and new product/process introductions.
  • Oversees processes and operations for new and existing products in the subcon.
  • Quality Assurance:  Defines, specifies and ensure conformance of the standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, change control and reliability monitor of TI products
  • Work with subcon to implement CA/PA following customer complaints/issues and conduct periodically audit.   
  • Responsible for overall performance of subcontract houses providing Texas Instruments Assembly/Test or Turnkey services. Required to drive subcon performance scorecard improvement.
  • Introduce continuous improvement techniques to improve current production methods, processes and increase productivity capacities. Devise strategies to improve production yield and efficiency
  • Managing customer product lifecycle. This includes timely engineering prototype delivery, successful ramp to production, new product/process quality, resolution and closure of engineering issues.
  • Maintain strong relationship with the subcons to enable superior business support.
