    - Develop and implement for HRD strategy in line with the business plan.
    - Analyst and implement organization development strategy to align with business goals.
    - Can travel work scope includes both Factory (Rayong) and Head Office (Bangkok) - Transportation support.
    - Plan and organize employee meetings, learning and development programs & staff activities.
    - Other ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Age 40-48 years old
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource or related fields
    - At least 8 years of experience in HRD with at least 5 years of experience in supervisory level
    - Strong team management with good interpersonal skill
    - Strong knowledge in Labor Law
    - Fluent command of spoken and written English
    - Good analytical and problem solving skills
