    1. Analyze the HR process to intiateldesign and assist in developing policy procedure of HR.
    2. Support the implementation of HR and ER policy.
    3. To handle special project to develop the organization
    4. To control and monitoring action plan to comply with department policy
    5. Streng thening internal communication system.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male Female ages 30-35 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree or Higher in Human Resources or any related fields.
    - 5-7 years of experience in HR operation (HRM. HRD, ER)
    - Good command of written and spoken in English.
    - Strong in HR project management and presentation skill
    - Able to work well under pressure.
