• Job Description

  • Develop a comprehensive and aligned business development plan
  • Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually
  • Maintain and build the Business Development databases
  • Support marketing activities, including trade / exhibition shows, mailings, etc.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
  • Make proposals for the organization by assessing risk, cost and benefits.
  • Support the Sales organization by providing a consultative sales methodology.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to improve customer acquisition and retention
  • Provide strategic direction and business plan for the team to achieve the annual sales target set by management
  • Prepare weekly marketing report to management
  • To identify business opportunities to increase sales turnover
  • Maintaining good relationship with existing and new customers and expand the business opportunities and areas of services
  • To provide training to sales personnel and ensure that they have the relevant skills and knowledge
