    <Field /Operations Engineer>
    Our main Business: Interior design for Restaurant/Shop in shopping mall and Condominium and Interior work for large storage

    Your responsibility:
    -Supervising team engineer
    -Managing parts of construction projects
    -Overseeing building work, usually 3 buildings in parallel and maintenance work
    -Setting out sites and organizing facilities
    -Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
    -Supervising contracted staff
    -Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
    -Liaising with subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
    -Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
    -Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Basic Requirement>
    -Male or Female, Thai national, age between 27-38 years old
    -Have a valid driving license is prefered

    <Experience>
    -Have Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or M&E Engineer is prefered
    -Have an interior decorating or anything related around 5 years is special considered
    -Have an operational manager experience is special considered
    -Have an Civil engineer around 5 years is special considered
    -Have working in Japanese company is special considered

    <Language>
    Communication: Thai and English
    English level: Does not matter
    We have an interpreter on site.

    Responsibility, Self-motivated,
