  • Job Description

    We are a payment brand(credit card) company.
    Overall, you will communicate with Bank or be a good coordinator between bank(in Thailand) and our head office(in Japan)
    The contracted bank(as partners) will issue credit card together with following our company's regulations.
    So, you always support/ educate/ identify troubles their partners(Bank)

    -Support in administrative and related to project management
    -Educate our company's regulatory publication, Operation & System to Partner
    -Act as primary contact for day to day support to licensees including response to an inquiry related to our company's regulation, Operation & System
    -Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Operation & System issues internally and externally
    -Create and maintain a good relationship with Partner(bank)’s IT and Operation Team.
    -Collaborate with Sales team to on board new Partner, interact with colleagues to exchange information on payment system issue and seek co-operation
    -Research new payment technologies

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirement>
    Female/Male, 30-40 Years,
    Bachelor’s degree or higher

    <Language>
    English Neo-3 or above
    Good command of English

    <Experience and Skills>
    At least 3-5 years, Experience in payment business such Authorization, Merchant Department.
    Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
    Because you will communicate with our partners(Bank in Thailand) and head office in Japan to regulate

    <Character>
    Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    Work well both independently and as part of a team
