Job Description
- To maintain and improve HR strategies, policies, and related programs to support our international operations and ensure compliance with Thai-labor laws and company regulations.- Collaborate with management and regional HR to define and implement HR initiatives that align with business strategies and objectives.- Manage the full employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.- Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary, incentives, and employee rewards and disciplinary.- Provide guidance and support to operation managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.- Ensure compliance with Thai Labor laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.- Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives.- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and cultural integration programs.- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement activities, and employee wellness programs.- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in international HR practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems.- Manage and provide guidance for labor affairs and ensure compliance with Thai Labor laws- Collaborate with regional HR and HQ for HR-related reports and tasks
