Job Description
1. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with assigned customer to generate new
business for company.
1.1) Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume & value of assigned territory.
1.2) Seeking and initiate the new business opportunity then generate the strategy to increase sales in assigned territory by focusing in customer needs, market and competitors analysis.
2. Forecast sales in timely basis to enable operations planning to ensure the supply.
3. Introduce and recommend in products, technology, and service by evaluating results and competitive developments to clients of assigned account.
4. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, Market share position, customer update, market update and competitor update etc.
5. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
6. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and
making recommendations for problem/issue elimination and develop customer satisfaction.
7. Service existing accounts and obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or to visit for potential sales and other trade factor.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirement
1. Must possess excellent Communication skills, Presentation skills, Negotiation, Closing sales skills, Client Relationship, Territory Management, and Motivation for Sales.
2. Self-Confidence and Self –motivation.
3. Demonstrated attitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
4. Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
5. Able to work and travel in upcountry and remote area / Flexibility.
6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
7. Good command in English
8. Valid driving’s license.
9. Minimum Bachelor degree of science or Engineer with experiences in sales and Marketing 2 years in water treatment industry.
10. Male or Female Age not over 30English Level
