  • Job Description

    - Act as the main point of contact for clients, and manage day-to-day clients' relationships
    - Create campaign proposals, online plans based on client's briefs, as well as handle campaign management and execution
    - Day-to-day interface and operational tasks with clients and external and internal stakeholders
    - Develop existing client accounts by devising client strategy, and develop client relationships and deliver clients' objectives
    - Establish partnership with clients to develop goals and digital campaign strategies adding value and ensure client is getting the best results from agency team

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-40
    - Minimum 3 years of experience of Account servicing (preferably at digital agency)
    - Understand interactive media, online ad., and experience in forging relationships with mid-senior clients
    - Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and interact with internal teams
    - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

    Soft skills; highly organized, self-starter, capable of thinking outside the box, work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic team environment, able work independently, strong interpersonal/communication and organizational skills
