  • Job Description

    - Manage to do service maintenance support for HOTS Products (ATM etc.)
    developed by HOTS Japan in Thailand
    - Accountable for department budget cost effectiveness within budgetary
    guidelines.
    - Work closely with maintenance party to ensure focuses on maximum
    improvement of maintenance functions are realized.
    - Ensure that appropriate inventory levels for parts are maintained.
    - Responsible for the development and training of associates, performance
    reviews, coaching, and ensuring accountability.
    - Perform and coach Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve recurring
    downtime / inefficient operational issues.
    - Provide leadership in preventive/predictive maintenance programs to
    improve HOTS Products performance.
    - Research, implement and recommend improvements to reduce costs, improve
    product performance/efficiencies and improve the operation safety.
    - Prepare reports of activities as requested.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Neo-3
    - 7 - 10 years maintenance experience in a banking product.
    - 2 years Supervisory / Management experience

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    Thai, English
