• Job Description

  - End-to-end management of cash point machines (ATM/ADM/PUM) Installation, commissioning, and operational aspects of new cash point machines (This includes new cash point machines and change of existing cash point machines)
  - Work closely with Banking Business/Channels team to understand requirements
  - Ensure seamless delivery of requirements by working effectively with virtual teams across Operations, IT, Branches, Corporate Services and Banking Business/Channels team
  
  - Assist in the migration of cash point machines operational activities currently
  - Assist in the development of cash point machines related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) integrating the various work stream activities
  - Assist in the development and maintain Key Performance Indicators/Dashboards on cash point machines performance. Ensure communication and review of dashboards at agreed intervals to the stakeholders
  
  - Work effectively with direct and virtual teams across various units for seamless coordination of tasks
  - Responsible for the activities of the ATM team. The incumbent will guide and Take monitor the activities of the ATM
  - Publish the MIS of the related activities as per set Process
  
  - Prepare and set the process and procedures to be followed by the team for day-to-day activities
  - Maintain good coordination with vendors as well as with other related products for smooth functioning of the department
  - Take lead in resolving critical issues and guide team accordingly
  - Keep the management updated from time to time about the various activities undertaken by the team
  - Any other jobs required by HOTS local managers and/or HOTS HQ
