    - Responsible for full functions of Visa and Work Permit process for Japanese expats, 90 days notification, termination, and control
    - Monitor schedule of Visa and Work Permit and etc.
    - Coordinate in the apartment contract issues of Japanese expats
    - Responsible for full function of domestic and overseas trip such as Visa Application, booking ticket and hotel, processing documents to inform at Labor Office and etc.
    - Other related jobs assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 25- 30
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration fields
    - Communicative English
    - JLPT N3 or higher

    Soft Skills Needed;
    - Accurate, honest, good personality, human relation skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
    - Having service mind, good interpersonal skills, outstanding personality, energetic with fluent negotiation, communication & coordination skills both verbal and nonverbal with ability to work well under pressure
