  • Job Description

    • Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary
    • Prepare documents, meeting materials and correspondence
    • Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable
    • Ensure that follow all process under ISO system
    • Design, manage, and support Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, File services, DHCP, DNS and other roles
    • Build, install, configure and maintain Virtualization products (VMware, Hyper-V)
    • Implementation of backup / recovery regimes and performance of necessary tests
    • Operation and maintenance: On-site troubleshoot support network, PC, and other IT equipment problem
    • Manage problem and service tickets ensuring timely resolution to meet Service Level Agreements
    • Good in English communication
    • Ready to study on new IT Technology

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Male or female
    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or other related fields
    • Neo-3
    • Knowing Server hardware, Microsoft Active Directory, Virtualization, Backup solution will be advantage

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
