  Account Payable
  
  - Create A/P master a/c
  - Verify invoices and other supporting documents ie P/O, Quotation, Request etc to be compliance with Internal Control Process and Thai Tax Ruling
  - Prepare all account entries and AP vouchers and upload data
  - Prepare journal voucher and upload data
  - Arrange AP online payments - JP Morgan
  - Time management in A/P billing and payments.
  - AP Revaluation
  - Prepare AP Age Analysis
  - BS Reconciliation
  
  Tax preparation
  
  - Issue Withholding Tax Certificates to vendors
  - Reconcile a monthly Vendors’ withholding tax and other related GL
  - Provide and submit Tax Return of WH Tax and VAT (PND 3, 53, 30)
  - Apply for WH Tax Certificate in English version from Tax Authority
  - Apply for Certificate of Resident – DTA for foreign customers
