  • Job Description

    • Design and planning the assigned projects related to company products.
    • Demonstration and providing the information of assigned products to customer.
    • Installing and commissioning Voice Recording System, PBX, IP CCTV, LAN switch, etc.
    • Coordinate with internal and/or partner for delivering projects to customer.
    • Pre-sales and after-sales support for the assigned products.
    •Co-ordinate with customer to provide After-sales Services; includes Failure Investigation, RMA Request, Testing, etc.
    • Maintain company assets (Demo Equipment, Test Equipment,
    Tools, Facility, etc.) in a good working condition.
    • Provide an Activity Report (weekly/monthly/as per requested/etc.)
    to Manager/Senior Manager - Technical Services. The report includes, but not limit to, time sheet, project status & outcome, on-site/in-house service report, etc.
    • Occasionally support for Access Network project implementation.
    • Occasionally control site when installation CCTV.
    • Provide training to customer.
    • Trouble shooting, Investigation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Thai Nationality, MALE, Age 22-28 years
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Telecommunication and computer.
    • Engineering major Network,Electrical Engineering
    • Science major Computer Science
    • Relate
    • 1-3 years experience in implementing and maintaining data communication products (LAN switch / router / BRAS) or access network products.
    • At least 1 years involved experience.
    • Strong knowledge in Datacom technologies, TCP/IP Networking, Network Protocol such as TCP/IP, SNMP, VLAN, routing protocol, etc.
    • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
    • Able to travel upcountry and work extra hours.
    • Able to work with high pressure environment.
    • Have driving license & good driving skill.
    • Aggressive mind for customer support and High sense of responsibility for service.
    • Basic Skills: Good planning, positive thinking and good communication problem solving and a decision making, and work with people as a Team Possess extensive knowledge and deep understanding of the products handled as well as customer’s applications,
