Job Description
【Manager of HRD】
- Designs, develops and leads the implementation of HRD system on the competency base
- Connects the career development strategy with the business strategy and HR Strategy through HRD
- Sets the basic schedule of career development activities during the year
- Leads and manages the development of different development programs for specific groups of employees and talents
- Regularly assess the results of development programs
- Promotes development programs in the organization
- Leads, manages and develops the team of Career Development Specialists
- Leads strategic organization wide projects focused on the development of high potentials and young leaders
- Acts as the influencing member of the HR Management Team
- Coordinate, monitor and review the system of performance appraisal to ensure that the HRD system supports management best practice and the needs of employees.

【Requirement 】
- Female / Male - Age 32 – 40 years old.
- Experience about 5 years experience in HR or HRD.
- Good relationship, Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines.
- Good MS Office especially MS Excel is a plus.
- Good command in spoken and writing English
