Job Description
Responsibilities:1 Revenue Projection and Sales Pipeline management.2 Prepare proposals for pricing quotations and oversee various bidding activities.3 Act as the point of contact for various client engagements, coordinating internal and external operations as per the responsible Business Units.4 Manage contracts and agreements, including outsourcing agreements.5 Collaborate in setting direction, planning, and strategizing marketing initiatives with all relevant departments.6 Develop action plans, create marketing and sales management plans, analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, set goals, strategies, operational plans, and implement them to achieve predetermined objectives.7 Manage operational costs within the designated budget to achieve company goals.8 Analyze problems and obstacles from operational activities, improve processes to ensure timely and quality delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.9 Develop organizational, departmental, and individual KPIs.10 Monitor and supervise work processes, efficiency, and effectiveness according to established guidelines closely and regularly to ensure team performance meets company requirements efficiently.11 Plan employee development, regularly monitor and evaluate employee performance.12 Develop good relationships with customers, handle and resolve complaints and customer dissatisfaction promptly and effectively.13 Foster good relationships with employees within the company, ensuring clear communication and understanding of company goals and directions.14 Perform other duties as assigned by management.
