• Job Description

  ・Provide leadership for the successful operation of the manufacturing plant including: production, quality control, maintenance and receiving.
  ・ Establish and review production schedules for all manufacturing departments to ensure orders are filled on time while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
  ・Motivate Employees to maintain production and quality levels by establishing measures of tracking performance and setting individual employee and team goals
  ・ Monitor processes, operation expenses and research ways to cut waste, improve efficiencies and enhance productivity while maintaining product quality.
  ・ Work closely with Quality Assurance personnel to review product consistency in order to determine areas of improvement.
  ・ Work with product development personnel to develop new products and strategies
  ・ Maintain efficient Inventory levels to meet daily productions needs and cost requirements.
  ・Analyze workforce requirements.
  ・Train technical employees
  ・Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and guidance to all manufacturing employees ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed
  ・ Maintain and support a management safety and “ Genba ” program
  ・Monitor equipment to ensure that it is meticulously cared for and always in good working order to avoid lapses in production
  ・Develop and execute manufacturing budgets
  ・Create Purchase order for Purchasing to place order.
