  • Job Description

    - Responsible for managing HR section as Assistant Manager
    - Correspond to payroll and recruitment tasks
    - Support accounting section
    - Other HR tasks as needed

    1. C&B
    - Responsible for compensation and benefit
    - Assisting in the running of day-to-day operations
    - Benchmark bonus and merit increase with other company
    - Monitor & maintain salary structure
    - Analyze process performance appraisal and grade change
    - Handle salary process of Thai and Japanese employee and handle TAX report
    - Manage and monitor time attendance system & payroll program
    - Survey data and benchmark benefit and welfare for proposal to management
    - Ensure accuracy of relevant government reports such as TAX, Social Security, Workmen’s Compensation and others
    - Arrange salary report to support account department and forecast salary’s monthly report

    2. Recruitment
    - Recruit multiple positions at one time and responsible for all recruitment and selection activities
    - Contribute to development of and implement sourcing strategy to achieve significant reduction in agency sourcing which may include supporting other markets and recruiters when required
    - Interview prospective employees and evaluate candidates from entry level to senior levels for employment factors such as; job experience, education, and training, knowledge, skills, and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data relevant to classification and selection
    - Manage recruitment procedure to ensure the appropriate timeframe and improving and initiating selection tools to obtain the right and qualified candidates for all required positions

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 32-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance and Accounting or any related field
    - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment function
    - Knowledge of time attendance system and payroll program
    - Knowledge of social security funding, personal income TAX, provident fund, workmen’s compensation fund, etc.
    - Able to use MS Office, Excel, Power Point
    - (Advantage) Management skills
