Job Description
◆Responsible for the development and execution of Marketing & Sales strategies of the company.
◆This involves developing necessary policies in Marketing & Sales teams, building up strategies to achieve targeted sales and relationship management with new and existing clients.
◆Analyze Marketing & sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
◆Monitors category and product performance versus targets at the customer, evaluates the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and takes corrective action, as needed, to insure achievement of business goals.
◆Ensure the attainment of bottom-line goals in the offering of marketing activities.
◆To train, lead, guide and motivate the sales staff to achieve the individual and company’s sales
◆Offer sales team the coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives.
◆Make sure your salespeople are doing everything they should be doing to successfully sell your dealership’s products.
◆Review the performance of your salespeople and to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements.
◆Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
◆Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
◆Develop and implement special Marketing & Sales activities to reduce stock.
◆Constantly strive toward continuing professional growth.
◆Work to improve your sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge.
◆Reports to the Managing Director.
◆Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement
◆Male / Female, age 30 years old above.
◆Thai Nationality.
◆Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related fields.
◆Experienced to sale "Eyewear product' or Optical
◆ (Prefered) Experienced to sales luxury brand.
◆Strong in sales background with at least 3 years experiences in Marketing & Sales/Product
◆Management level in fashion product would be an advantage.
◆Creative, results-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
◆Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, self-motivated, initiative and result-oriented.
◆Strong leadership.
◆Good attitude and team player.
◆Able to work well under pressure and dynamic environment.
◆Be able to attend business trip both up country and oversea as assigned.
◆Very Good command of English both written and spoken skills.
◆Good in computer literacy.English Level
