• Job Description

  - Ensure the quality sale forecast from customer
  - Prepare plan and firm planed order to ensure effective purchase order
  - Closely communicate and work with Logistics / Sale / QA and others related department
  - Ensure timely submission of update demand forecast to supplier / factory
  - Paticipate in demand change of customer requirment in timely and effectively
  - Lead the physical stock count activites at warehouse (2 times / year)
  - Ensure timeliness and accuracy of inventory
  - Meeting with sales team every odd week to update sales order, delivery and inventory status
  - Meeting with customer and supplier by monthly
  - Prepare monthly report pertaining to demand planing and inventory
  - Coordinate with supplier / factory for timely shipping schedule in order to meet customer demand
  - Control delivery schedule to customer (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
  - Coordinate with sale / product planing for new model line up and discontinue timing
  - Perform other duties as reasonable assigned by supervisor
  - Arrange schedule meeting with parties concerned
