  • Job Description

    • To be responsible for continuously monitoring and inspecting the Safety health and working environment function compliance with safety laws.
    • To be responsible for Safety Policies, Workplace Inspections, Accident Investigations and Regulatory Compliance.
    • To conduct in-house safety training to prevent insecurities in the workplace.
    • To analyze and assess the risks in the workplace including create safety rule & regulations. To ensure that workers comply with company policies and government safety regulations.
    • Follow up safety committees and meeting schedules.
    • Ensure that all staff under his/her control fully understands and follows the requirements of the company health and safety policy.
    • Other Health and Safety tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Age between 40 years old up.
    - Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
    - Hold CPD License, BOI with multiple-nation company above 10 years up.
    - Experience supervision of accounting and finance team
    - Accounting software : FJ, ERP, Payroll, B-Plus, and accounting package
    - Good command of written and spoken English, and Japanese would be an advantage.
    - Advanced skill in MS Excel & MS Access would be advantaged.
    - Experienced in SAP, ERP, JP system, V plus and tax & customs analysis.
    - Strong analytical thinking, leadership skill, result-oriented, and time management.
    - Be goal-oriented and persuasive, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
