    *Help desk for Japanese customer at Isetan (Central World)
    *Teach for Japanese customer about how to use mobile phone. Japanese customer have any problem.
    Ex) can not use Wifi, can not call overseas, how much data roaming etc
    →Don't worry about that doesn't have mobile phone knowledge. Client have OJT Training.
    *Sell SIM card, Rental Wifi router to Thai customer for go to travel in Japan.
    *Received order from TEL and E-mail.
    *There are many opportunity use Japanese, And will be increase Japanese skill.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Attention:This position is Shift work 5work day / week】
    *Female *Age: 24~30years old
    *Have Japanese skill Over N3
    *Have Good motivation for study Japanese (When Training, please take a memo)
    *Can use Word, Excel,E-mail
    *3-year experiences for any customer service;
    *Good communication skill, pleasant personality;
    *Able to work under pressure
    *Able to work Shift working hours;
    *Able to prioritize jobs with multi job handling skill;
    *Fluent Japanese, both writing & speaking.
