    1 Receive call from customer
    2 Arrange quotation both before and after service and follow up.
    3 Receive PO which is seperated for 3 cases
    - Urgent delivery
    - Normal delivery
    - Service which is visited by engineer.
    4 Corporate with engineer to support for customer.
    5 Arrange parts and invoices for customer
    6 Arrange transport

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female age 28-32 years
    - Bachelor's degree in any field
    - Experience of Customer Support or Service at least 2 years
    - Good command in English
    - Good communication and relationship skills.
    - Computer skill Word, Excel, Powerpoint
    - Assist with supervisor as required.
    - Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
