  - Responsible for New Model Development and Quality Improvement.
  - Project leader of APQP Team.
  - Productivity improvement androot cause analysis with takecountermeasure incase of quality issues.
  - Set up plan and prepare material, machine, equipmentand working procedure for production trial stage.
  - Prepare sample and concerndocument (PPAP) to get approval from customer before start mass production.
  - In charge of engineering drawing contact with customer and supplier.
  - APQP activity leader.
  - Coordinates relationships and communications with customer about technical, development and investigation.
  - Assist to provide technical assistance and hand on problem resolution evaluate upgrade and perform capital equipment.
  - Monitor and analyze standard and operation and develop productivity in areas.
  - Coordinate Project & Modification work and change manufacturing process to meet objective.
  - Product drawing reviews and product sample evaluation.
