Job Description
- Work in brief details of which space should be used for
- Identify client's personal ideas and requirements
- Conduct inspection and building surveys
- Negotiating fees and set schedules for the projects
- Carry out research to ensure plans are technically feasible
- Write rough sketches and a mood board, a collection of suitable images, colours and materials
- Develop detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software or small-scale models
- Choose the most appropriate materials for the design and budget
- Advise clients on progress and provide samples of paints and fabrics to be used
- Supervise tasks as being carried out
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-35
- Work experience in Interior Design for 10 years
- Ability to use AutoCAD or 3D or SketchUp
- Ability to visualise concepts and explain to others
- Good skills in drawing and IT
- Creativity and imagination
- Good eyes for design, including colour and good awareness of 3D
- Highly interested in changing trends in designEnglish Level
