• Job Description

  - Performing & managing in-house structural design team for preliminary structural design for Design-and- Build projects with alternative options.
  - Managing consultants to follow preliminary design to deliver design drawings on time at the right budget.
  - Performing & managing in-house structural design team for basic checks of structural design given by design consultants for build only projects to foreseen technical difficulties and constructability.
  - Performing & managing in-house structural design team for Value Engineering (VE) to optimize structural design for better quantities, constructability and safety in collaboration with our construction methodology for all projects conforming to local & international standards and regulations.
  - Performing & managing in-house structural design team to check and to propose appropriate solutions to related method staements and temporary works.
  - Estimating basic construction materials to compare between alternative designs when necessary.
  - Attending regular meetings & site visits in Thailand and other countries when necessary.
  - Perform other related duties as assigned
