  • Job Description

    - Prepare daily accounting operation transactions e.g. document checking, data key-in, issue invoices, A/R collection, handling AR and GL, etc.
    - Monitor account receivable balances and identify issues attributing
    - Account delinquency whereas collecting on delinquent accounts
    - Reconcile daily income received and bank transaction
    - Prepare monthly tax statutory such as withholding tax, and VAT
    - Keep original tax invoice and withhold tax certificate
    - Complete receive transactions in order to support month-end closing within time frame
    - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or female, minimum experience 3 years
    - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
    - Basic knowledge in Thai Revenue code
    - Knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles: GAAP
    - Proficient in MS Office and Sage300 software (preferably)
    - A good team player and good attitude
