  >Main clients are the Japanese company. (Manufacturing, Trading, Start-up )
  To solve the problem of accounting and labor, Financial as a consultant
  Average one project is around 3 months.
  To commune the client to work. Most of the clients' location is around Bangkok.
  
  ■Finance Function
  Internal Finance
  - Management 2 department financial function
  - Make a yearly budget
  - Monitor team management and accounting
  
  for customer
  - Due diligence, M&A consulting
  - Analyze and consult company financial system
  - Make a solution for the customer problems
  
  ■Accounting Function
  Consult accounting management system to the Japanese company(medium size enterprise)
  Consolidation with Thai accounting and Japanese accounting sometimes western accounting system
  Reporting to the customer (training reporting to staff and check the report)
  All accounting task for the customer(Responsible for staff)
  - Management Accounting staff
  - Report to Japanese Manager
  - Training Accounting team
  - Accounting Full set
  - Monthly close
  - Record expense AP/AR into SAP system
  - Handle payment process and ball-placement process
  - Ensure all the payments and manage all vendor-related issues.
  - Reconcile VAT, WHT, vendor accounts, and assigned balance sheet accounts
  - Assist and manage other staff
