     To perform HR Development with IDP and competency gap analysis, training
    mind map and budgeting planning.
     Handle manpower control and selection process and employment to match
    with job description requirement.
     Strong to handle departmental KPI on target setting.
     Set up & Implement HR innovative plan & target integrate to company
    business plan which supports to company goal.
     Coordinate & maintain company administration activity.
     To perform general affairs and other HR duties which are assigned by the
    superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

     Bachelor’s degree in HRM, HRD, Business Administration or related filed.
     Age below 30 years old.
     Experienced in HRD, Recruitment at least 3 years service will be an advantage.
     Good English proficiency level (TOEIC score >= 500) in written and
    communication skill.
     Good Efficiency Level to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
     Strong balancing, good service mind, leadership skill, flexible interactive skills,
