  1) Budget Preparation and Control :
  : perform budget hearing for revision.
  : prepare data base of actual usage in previous period for setting budget standard.
  : prepare the summary budget request from every section for analysis the correctness &
  reasonable.
  : investigate in details of significant budget especially main investment and expense.
  : summarize each section budget as to caption of plan balance sheet
  : monitor on the section who tends to over-use or under-use the budget.
  : summarize monthly actual usage vs budget and make the preliminary analysis.
  : follow up unusual usage of expense & investment.
  : notice or monitor on significant & important budget every month.
  2) Standard Cost Management :
  : prepare budget standard cost.
  : summarize actual monthly standard cost and analysis the variance between actual and
  budget.
  : prepare monthly gross profit and analysis actual vs budget.
  3) Other as assigned by upper management.
