  • Job Description

    ● Ensure of that daily accounting transactions are accuracy and completeness.
    ● Instruction of accounting staffs on the correct standards and company procedures.
    ● Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reports for management.
    ● Responsible for related taxation matters.
    ● Validating all documents of special sales promotion expenses before sending to approve.
    ● Validating balance and reconcile of Monthly transaction for Hire purchase business.
    ● Validating and reconcile for set up Allowance for doubtful, bad debt and compromise case.
    ● Reconciliation of related accounts.
    ● Assist Head of Accounting Unit to prepare the information for monthly closing and year end closing.
    ● Responsible for the preparation of requested reports for management.
    ● Responsible for the control of fixed assets and the validating depreciation and amortization calculation.
    ● Responsible for the preparation of financial statement.
    ● Drafting statutory financial statement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ● At least bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
    ● CPA or MBA is preferred
    ● At least 10 years management working experience in Finance
    (in areas of Cash flow control, Financial analysis, Planning, Analysis
    of investment, Budgeting. Managing financial risk and Transactions through the bank)
    ● Direct experience in automobile hire-purchase and leasing is advantage.
    ● Effective communication in English both speaking and writing
    ● Computer literature in Microsoft Office and TIL Accounting related system
    ● Good negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills are imperative
    ● Financial literature preferably with banking or leasing background
    ● Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
    ● Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all stakeholders
