  • Job Description

    - Input data into the system (Quick booking)
    - Follow up invoice and tax invoice
    - Prepare all payment vouchers
    - Issue withholding tax certifications
    - File all of the documents
    - Prepare invoice, receipts, and tax invoice to HQ
    - Prepare budget to MD (every month, quarter, and yearly)
    - Able to state the difference between estimated & actual budget
    - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese & Thai staff

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 23-28
    - Minimum 1-2 years working experience
    - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
    - Good knowledge of Accounting and Taxation Law
    - Good command of English
    - Computer Literacy
    - Knowledge of software "Express"
    - Reliable responsibility and capability of working under pressure
