• Job Description

  ◆Work closely with corporate management team in manage, conduct and implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organization, employee development, manpower plan.
  ◆Leading and directing HR Team, Manage HR budget.
  ◆Manage and conduct general HR functions, recruitment and selection, employee relation, compensation and benefit, training and development included administration and general affairs.
  ◆Responsible for developing and integrating human resource programs that aligns with company’s direction to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives
  ◆Develop, deliver, and maintain Talent Management Programs including supporting the overall development of people capability across the organization. Support HR Operations team in developing talent processes.
  ◆Execute OD tools such as organization restructures, Change Management, and Performance Management
  ◆Assess the training needs to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance.
  ◆Provide advice to the management regarding performance, organizational and leadership matters.
  ◆Conduct people capability assessment to increase employee job performance
