    - Responsible for H.R. and Administration functions
    - Implement human resources (H.R.) policies
    - Conduct employment processing, compensation, training and development, record management (personal information), H.R. evaluation and salary management
    - Deal with any inquiries, complaints, disputes and disciplinary matters
    - Generate and analyse H.R. information and reports (scheduling)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-32
    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
    - At least 3 years' experience in H.R. management
    - Good knowledge of Thailand Labour Regulations and other government legislation
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Good interpersonal skill and serviced mind
