  • Job Description

    - Closely monitor, and manage as assigned to complete all works in interior functions
    - Design concepts and present to customers
    - Perform cost estimation on each given project (BOQ background is preferred)
    - Communicate with customers and internal departments
    - Organize and assign people to the project
    - Conduct and finish the project in given timeline
    - Check defect after finishing construction
    - Handle a full spectrum of interior works from briefing to ending the project (household, condominium, restaurant, and department store booth)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 28-40
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture or a related field
    - Work experience, minimum 3-5 years, in project management (especially in interior, not construction)
    - Good knowledge of Budget Control (BOQ) is preferable
    - Good command of English is a must
    - Having a private car and a laptop for work
    - Excellent skills in project and people management
    - Good communication and problem-solving skills
    - Ability to keep information confidential
    - Ability to work within tight deadlines
    - Self-motivated, well-organized and positive
    - Having positive attitudes and teamwork spirit
