Job Description
You life as an IT Service Desk Supervisor;
Help end-user in global scale for IT troubleshooting
Be a point of contact for customers, handle inquiries via phone and email.
Problem analysis and troubleshooting computer day-to-day problem
Support general Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Network, Mobile Devices) and Software included Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange Windows Server and Active Directory also SAP
Communicate and liaison with other parties to get the job done
Management Team, Report and analysis, Multi-tasking and prioritization, Result focus, Advanced Microsoft Excel
User administrator tasks to support Indochina region (TH,VN)
Maintain indochina customer care intranet to be updated
Provide daily/weekly/monthly report e.g. KPIs report, Staff Attendance Report

Requirement
You life as an IT Service Desk Supervisor;
What are we looking for?
Bachelor Degree or Master degree
3 -5 Y experience in IT Service Desk Supervisor, Team Leading or any related IT field
Knowledge or certified ITIL v3 is an advantage
Good English both speaking and writing. (TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS preferred)
Age not over 35 year
