Job Description
- Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.- Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Conduct regular safety inspections and training programs to prevent accidents and injuries.- Provide leadership and direction to the operations and assembly teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop talent within the organization through training and mentorship.
