  • Job Description

    - Develop and provide detailed and effective Business Plans to deliver client objectives and expectations.
    - Prepare and present Quarterly Client Reviews. Demonstrate financial and customer service benefits.
    - Analyze financial data for potential opportunities to increase profit.
    - Conduct detailed and effective implementation programs within agreed timeframes.
    - Communicate clients’ objectives and unique requirements to related parties. Give specific feedback after formal client reviews.
    - Resolve escalated customer service issues.
    - Develop client communication strategies to keep clients abreast of industry-related changes and innovations.
    - Participate in new business presentations.
    - Determine opportunities to introduce and implement CWT Solutions Group of products and consulting services to new and existing clients.
    - Develop, manage and deliver client reporting requirements

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 3 years experience in account management/sales in a client focused industry.
    - Proven account management ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    - Strong ability to motivate and manage indirect teams of employees across multiple functions.
